The micro soccer curriculum develops players comfort level with the ball.  Each lesson plan uses an adventure theme to capture the player’s enthusiasm.  Each adventure theme lesson plan starts with a motor skill development activity.  Soccer balls are quickly added to challenge the player’s ability to control their body while controlling the ball.  Each subsequent activity follows the adventure theme and is slightly more difficult.  Each training day ends with a small sided game.
