BU9 Bordeaux Wins Freedom First Tournament!
The TSC Bordeaux U9 Boys won the Freedom Soccer Tournament last weekend (August 13-14). The boys went 5-0 and outscored opponents 27-0. They beat a good Westminster Wolves team 1-0 in the final.
BU10 Lokomotiv Wins Freedom First Tournament!
Lokomotiv won the 2010 Freedom First BU10 Division. The team was undefeated out scoring their opponents 11 to 4.
Thunder Players Land Region 1 ODP Spot!
Congratulations to Karen Aye and Zakiya Muhammad from the Thunder U13G Red Storm team. Karen and Zakiya recently attended the Region 1 ID camp in Rhode Island and were selected for the Region 1 ODP team. Competition was tough as only 67 players were selected out of approximately 500. Way to go girls! Thunder U13G Red Storm is coached by Miguel Garcia and Luz Aye. Great job everyone.
